Sawasdeeka, I'm back from Thailand, Kanchanaburi with my fellow schoolmates (: This service learning trip was the most meaningful school trip i have ever been to, fellowship, being a blessing to the less-fortunate and making a difference in the lives of others from another part of the world is just simply amazing. The times spent together with the kids has really brought me so attached to them.

The friendships I've made is really fruitful and the time spent there is just absolutely wonderful. Painting of the school and the Eco garden was tiring but the thought of being a blessing to those kids made me work harder. I'm really glad that i managed to catch up with my primary school friends, it was also a form of re-uniting with them after many years because we are all from different classes. I really hope that our friendships will remain strong although we're not from the same class, because you guys mean a lot to me. I really hope the children back in Kanchanaburi will be blessed by the work done by us and remain happy as always (: The thought of the childrens' smiles, laughter and enlightened faces will always be captured and remained in my heart forever.

The last day was the everybody's favourite day, afternoon shopping at the floating market, buffet lunch at the elephant zoo, 4 hours shopping at MBK Bangkok, dinner by ourselves, hotel stay for that night (with no lights-out) - what more could we ask for (: It was simply memorable and awesome. I have never spent a total of 400 bucks within 4 hours before =P (as in, by myself) heh. The time spent in Thailand will always be cherished and remembered forever. I love Kanchanaburi 2008!
